Who should I contact if I need directions to venue or other information on the day of the wedding

Where will I park once I get to the venue? What building is the wedding in?

Answer

You will know you have arrived when you hit a long gravel drive way. The entry will be marked. You will see a yellow house on your right and a gravel parking area on your left that will be marked.

What Should I wear?

Answer

Indiana weather is unpredictable especially in the Fall. Please dress appropriate to the current weather the day of. Ceremony and Reception will be in a Barn. Heaters will be running if outside temperature is cold.

What footwear should I wear?

Answer

Please use discretion if wanting to wear heels, Venue is surrounded by grass. Please wear footwear that you will be comfortable in.

Will I be able to smoke on Premisses?

Answer

Designated Smoking Areas will be marked. Please no smoking on premises or in venue unless at the designated smoking areas.

Where do I enter the barn?

Answer

There is a main stair case on the outside of the barn. You will enter the venue by that staircase, that will lead you up stairs to where the ceremony and reception will be. We ask that guest arrive between 4 o'clock and 5:10. The doors to the ceremony will close at 5:10 and the Ceremony will start at 5:15.

When will I get to talk with the Bride and Groom.

Answer

Dinner will follow right after the Ceremony. Please give the Bride and Groom the time to eat dinner. Once dinner is over, the Bride and Groom with be around to greet each guest.

There is a lift located downstairs that will be marked.
