Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible is preferred. Reservation cutoff will be on March 14, 2025. There are a limited number of seats available prioritized for family members. Please RSVP even if you do not plan to attend the wedding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

There is a list of items available on the wedding registry under the registry page that will direct you to the correct website link for purchase.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 12pm sharp. Please arrive and be seated before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony is scheduled for 12pm-1pm with a break following before reception and cocktail hour will start at 5pm-11pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code requires a formal attire however, it is suggested to bring comfortable shoes during the reception for dancing.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

A date may only be permitted if a seat is available and with prior permission from the couple. Seats are very limited and prioritized for family members. Additional seat may be filled with friends and plus one guest (dates).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome to attend the wedding. Parent must be responsible for their children to behave appropriately and prevent disruption during big moments such as the ceremony, speeches, and first dance. There will be some kid friendly activities provided.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The ceremony is located at Sky Ranch Lodge in Sedona, AZ. Please call the reservation desk to reserve your room and mention that you will be attending the Balster-Bonfield wedding for group pricing and discount.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a variety of food to select from with dietary restrictions in mind. If there are any particular restrictions or allergies that we should be aware of, please inform us to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, ceremony will be located at the Sky Ranch Lodge. The Reception is a short 10 min drive to Talaquepaque down the road. It is suggested to Uber if intending to consume alcohol.
