Please plan to arrive about 30 min before ceremony time, to settle in and participate in pre-ceremony Ring Warming.

We will have limited space. If we have missed a partner or child/children please let us know. It's a team and family effort to gather some details. Seating will be an exact count.

Think dressy, cocktail party attire, little black (or colorful) dress, that dress you don't get to wear often. Slacks, sport coats, suites, a time to be elegant and closer to formal without needing a tux! We will be in a Ballroom - let's have a ball! (and comfy dancing shoes for later). In keeping with tradition, please avoid Ivory, Cream, White, Off White full attire.

We have invited families with children, yes there will be children under 18 present. You are also welcome to enjoy an adult evening out if you choose.

Answer

Yes, there should be plenty of parking. We expect there will be some shuttle service (golf carts) at the reception to transport from parking lot down to cocktail hour. There are stairs or a ramp for access.

We are expecting an unplugged ceremony for processionals and recessionals. We have photographers and videographers there to capture those moments.(We will share official photos as soon as we get them). We hope to provide a social media moment. At the reception we hope you capture ALL the moments and share them to our provided method of photo sharing!! Paparazzi away at the reception!

We ask that you please refrain from posting ANY photos of Bride and Groom, Ceremony , and such until the Bride and Groom have shared photos of themselves and made the first post as Husband and Wife. We will have a QR Code for sharing with Sarah & Mike and all wedding attendees. You can share there Starting AFTER the ceremony.

How Far?How Far?

The Chapel is in Troy, about 15 miles (20 minutes or so) from the hotel. The reception is in Oakland Township, about 13 miles (22 minutes or so) from the hotel. The Chapel and reception venue are approximately 17 miles (35 minutes or so apart) This creates a triangle of sorts with the Hotel in Auburn Hills.
