Attire?

Answer

We would prefer women in floor length gowns/dresses, preferably solid black or a darker color. We would prefer men in a black/dark suit, tux, or Class A uniforms are appropriate. Please keep in mind that St. Agnes Church is conservative.

Minnesota in October can be unpredictable. Average temperatures range from 30 - 60 degrees.

Gifts?

There are very few things listed on our registry - we have most household items already. Enclosed in your invitation envelope is a recipe card. We are asking people to write down their favorite recipe and enclose in a card or drop it in our recipe box at the reception. We are going to compile all the recipe cards as well as reception photos into a family cook book as a way to remember everyone who celebrated the start of our new family. Cash/checks are also great!

Dinner?

Answer

We are having a catered plated/buffet dinner at the reception beginning at 6:00 PM. Salads, pastas, bread sticks, gelato, assorted desserts... late night snacks. Please let us know if there are any allergies - we will let the catering company know ahead of time to accommodate.

Beverages?

Answer

Wine, beer, champagne during dinner with a cash bar to follow. 21+ strictly enforced by staff bartenders. (no outside beverages of any kind allowed in as a part of the venue's set guidelines) Coffee with dessert.

Transportation?

I would highly recommend Uber or Lyft for the out of town guests.

Parking?

For the ceremony: St. Agnes Church has an adjacent parking lot (free of charge) and plenty of street parking. For the reception: Parking is limited downtown and I would not recommend street parking. There is a parking garage (hourly fee) located at 336 N Market St, St Paul, MN 55102.

Photos?

Answer

Yes please! There will be a QR code on each table to airdrop any photos you take that you would like to share with us for our photo album. There will also be a professional photographer for the entire day - please be mindful of his and his space/equipment.

Security?

There will be security at the reception until the end of the event.
