We ask that guests who have not been vaccinated to obtain a COVID test within 72 hours of arrival. There are a number of local options for rapid COVID testing in the Phoenix area, including in the Phoenix Airport. Masks will be provided and all events are outside and allow for our guests to social distance (including the dinner reception). A health survey will be conducted at the check in for each event (Infrared temperature check and symptom questionnaire). Please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms or have spent time in close proximity to someone who has tested positive within 10 days of the event. Your safety is our priority. If you are concerned about traveling, we recommend you attend virtually. We will be taking every precaution to allow for a safe gathering for the friends and family who still wish to attend.
