Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM ET so we advise that guests arrive to the venue a half hour before at 3PM and are seated no later than 3:15PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We suggest women opt for elegant floor-length dresses, and men plan to wear full suits or tuxedos. We can’t wait to see you looking your best while dancing the night away!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend dressing for the season and bringing a jacket or layer if it may be cooler. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, with coat check available for your convenience.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, we have chosen to keep our wedding celebration to adults only. A small number of immediate family children will be included but we do strongly suggest that they stay home with loved ones who won't be attending and you treat this as a date night. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests formally listed on the wedding invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We’re keeping our celebration intimate with our closest family and friends—thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check out our 'Travel' section of our website where you can find the information to our hotel block. Rooms must be booked by October 5, 2026! Otherwise, you are welcome to find accommodations outside of our hotel block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning to offer shuttle transportation from the Courtyard by Marriott in Montvale to and from the ceremony/reception space. Stay tuned; we’ll add timing and details to the 'Travel' page on our site once everything is set.

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at the venue if you do not wish to take the shuttle service that will be provided.
