YES! We have postponed our wedding exactly a year out to December 3rd, 2021. This was a difficult but necessary decision we had to make. Many factors went into this decision including Jeanne Halferty's health, venue restrictions, international and domestic travel concerns, and most importantly, the health and safety of our guests! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have been together for almost 7 years now . . . What's another year?! :) We can't wait to kiss, hug, and dance the night away with you all with no worries in 2021!
Only the wedding party kids will be in attendance. We hope this means a fun, romantic trip for the parents!
Yes! Please visit the travel page to see all the wedding room blocks!
Black-Tie: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Ceremony will be held outside. There will be space heaters and blankets & umbrellas will be provided. Please bring a jacket. Keep in mind this is Colorado in December, you never know what to expect! We of course have a plan B if it is indeed blizzarding.
Due to a very small venue, only immediate family and wedding party will be in attendance.
Yes! The Welcome Reception at Ridgeline Hotel on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 @ 6pm.
Yes, there will be a shuttle provided from the Ridgeline Hotel to Della Terra and returning after the reception.
If not shuttling, arrive about 20 minutes before ceremony time.
Saturday is a travel day. Whether it is to go explore Colorado, to travel back to the airport, or to head back to Lakewood/Denver before the Nepali wedding on Sunday, December 5th, 2021.
There is a room block in Denver at Embassy Suites for $89 and a room block in Lakewood at Holiday Inn for $89. Completely up to you!
The Estes Park Shuttle is $95 round trip or $55 one way. Great option if you're not up for mountain driving. You can find the link to the airport shuttle under the travel page.
We would love for you to wear your traditional Nepali dress! Also, if you want to wear a traditional American gown, you're welcome to do that also!
Men: Suits. Women: Cocktail Dresses.
Not a problem! We won't be offended! You will be able to indicate that to us when you RSVP. If you are looking to only make it a day trip or will be tired from travel, that is just fine. Just don't miss the wedding the next day! It's an early winter wedding.
