If you want your reservation to count toward our wedding room block, yes. Your reservation needs to be made through the official wedding booking link. If you do not book through the link or book at a separate resort, you must share that with us. Please email lewiswedding2027@kiamarievents.com

Please do not book through a third-party website if you want your reservation associated with our wedding room block. However, if you do please share this information at lewiswedding2027@kiamarievents.com

Can I stay additional nights?

Answer

You may arrive early or stay after the wedding, subject to availability. Book the available dates through the wedding link first. Then email lewiswedding2027@kiamarievents.com with your confirmation number and requested additional dates.

Can I choose a different room category?

If you do not see the room category you want, contact us before booking. Additional categories may be available at the prevailing rate.

Do I need a credit card to reserve my room?

Yes. A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your reservation.

Your card will not be charged for the room balance until approximately 30 days before the wedding date, according to the resort's group booking terms.

Is the wedding adults-only?

**Childcare Accommodations** While Sidney and Jocelyn's wedding will be an adults-only celebration, exceptions will be made for children participating in the wedding and the couple's nieces and nephews. We understand that some guests may be traveling with children. If you anticipate needing childcare services during the wedding celebration, please contact our wedding planner, Kia Marie, with the number of children and their ages at lewiswedding2027@kiamarievents.com We will explore available childcare options and share additional information with interested families once arrangements have been determined.
