Book your flight to Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum Felipe Carrillo Airport (TQO). Cancun Airport is 90 minutes from Wakax Hacienda, while Tulum Airport is an hour away. We will help coordinate transportation between the airport and Wakax Hacienda (see below).

Staying at Wakax Hacienda

From December 4th until December 7th, Wakax Hacienda has been reserved exclusively for our wedding. We’d love for our guests to stay at Wakax so we can spend as much time together as possible throughout the weekend. All of the wedding events will take place on the property, and we’ll have plenty of fun activities planned to make the most of our time together. For those looking to extend their stay, our room rate is also available three days before and three days after our wedding weekend. With just 47 units available, you’ll want to book your stay with us ASAP! HOW TO BOOK: To book your room, please email reservas@wakaxhacienda.com. The hotel will send you a payment link to complete your reservation. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 45 days before arrival. If you experience any issues with the payment link, you can call the hotel directly at +52 984 247 0039 to make a payment over the phone. Transportation to Wakax

Please reach out to Oriana Kesseler (kde@kakydaniel.com), from our wedding planning team for transportation. She, along with a trusted and safe transportation vendor will organize shuttles to and from the airport on our guest's behalf. If guests choose to take advantage of this service, please send an email directly to Oriana with the below travel information: Full name(s): Arrival Flight number(s): Arrival airport: Arrival date: Arrival time: Arriving from: Departure Flight number(s): Departure airport: Departure date: Departure time: Final destination: After collecting all guest's flight information, Oriana will create an arrival and departure compilation and will group guests together on shuttles depending on flight arrival/departure times, terminals, and airports. The final amount each guest will pay for their shuttle will depend on the number of guests traveling in the same shuttle. (You will split the cost of your shuttle with other guests whom you share your shuttle with). Please note, each shuttle can carry up to 8 people. Oriana will do her best to make the round-trip cost as affordable as possible for each guest.
