Our Story
We met while serving at church, never realizing God was writing a love story greater than we could imagine. When Royce first walked into VIVE Church, he noticed Jocelyn but reminded himself he was there for Jesus, not a relationship.
God gave us friendship first—a season of growing in faith and building a foundation we didn’t yet recognize. Royce always seemed to find his way near Jocelyn, while she assumed he liked her friend. What she didn’t know was that he had been quietly praying and hoping for her all along.
Eventually, we connected on social media, and simple conversations grew into something more. As time passed, Jocelyn realized she was falling for him too. One planned group outing somehow became just the two of us, marking the beginning of something beautiful. From then on, we’ve been inseparable, grateful for God’s perfect timing. Looking back, we see His hand in every step—turning friendship into love and leading us together with purpose as we step into this next chapter.
