Weather permitting, all events will be held outside at the venue.
Tuscany is beautiful and full of sunshine in August but expect warmer temperatures with daytime temperatures averaging mid to high 80s°F and nighttime lows around 65°F.
We recommend guests fly into either Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) or Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR). These are the closest major airports to Conti di San Bonifacio and offer the most flight options. Both are approximately a 2-hour drive from the venue. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation from the airport—most choose to rent a car or book a car service that fits their plans.
We’ve linked a selection of hotels that are all within a 20-minute drive of the venue. There are plenty of great options in the area, so you’ll have no trouble finding accommodations that fit your needs. Some require booking via email. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
We recommend renting a car for the most convenience while exploring Tuscany. There are plenty of familiar rental companies available, including Hertz and Avis. If you plan to rent a car, be sure to book it in advance, as availability can be limited during peak travel months.

We encourage guests to refrain from bringing children if childcare arrangements can be made. We understand that traveling with children may be necessary for some and truly appreciate your understanding.
Our ceremony is intended to be a quiet, intimate moment. To help maintain a noise-free environment, we kindly ask that any children in attendance be able to remain seated and quiet throughout the ceremony. If this may be difficult, we encourage making alternate arrangements. We understand this may not be possible for everyone, and we are working with the venue to provide a designated on-site space for children during the ceremony if needed.
We will be providing shuttle transfers to and from the venue for guests staying at the Tuscan Townhomes and Tenuta.
