Wedding Party

Brynley Barnes

Flower Girl

The star of the show, really! Miss Brynley Barnes is the light of our lives. She makes every day sweeter and we couldn’t imagine or remember the days before her. Though she’s not fully steady on her feet (walks like a person after 10 shots of tequila), we are confident that she will make the most beautiful flower girl there ever was!

Yvonne Kline

Maid of Honor

Yvonne is Jocelyn’s older sister and polar opposite. The two are yin and yang and complement one another beautifully. Most of their lives they shared everything, including birthday parties as their birthdays are only three days apart! Most recently they shared their postpartum journeys with Yvonne giving birth to her third son just a couple weeks before Brynley turned one!

Amy Tran

Bridesmaid

Amy and Jocelyn are actually cousins but everyone considers them sisters! They are the same person in different fonts. There’s a running joke that Brandon moved himself into Jocelyn’s forcing Amy to move out, when in actuality, Amy chose to move out October 4, 2024 (Jocelyn’s birthday and about two weeks after Brynley was born). Jocelyn cried for hours! Luckily the two remain as close as ever, hating all the same people!

Cristina Galloway

Bridesmaid

Cristina and Jocelyn met at work seven years ago. Where traditionally the health field is filled with older colleagues, Jocelyn was ecstatic when Cristina started working at the Health Plan. One day Jocelyn finally mustered up the courage to ask Cristina, while they were both filling up their water bottles at the water coolers, if she wanted to go to lunch with her. Cristina kindly accepted… then never followed up. A year later when Jocelyn moved over to the same department as Cristina the two became inseparable, cackling through the halls and writing a burn book on Skype. Thank goodness for that!
