Do I need to stay at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas?

Answer

Yes! All guests must stay at Casa de Campo and book through our wedding room block link. Please note that guests will not be able to book their accommodations through third party websites (i.e., Airbnb, VRBO, etc).

If you’re planning to attend, please begin making travel arrangements and secure your room or villa by submitting your $100 deposit through our booking link. Your official RSVP will be requested closer to the wedding date — this early response simply helps us plan ahead and ensure you have access to the best accommodations. When should I arrive?

Answer

We appreciate you making the trip to the Dominican Republic to celebrate with us! The official festivities are Nov 12-14th, 2024. We recommend you arrive Wednesday, Nov 11th if you can, so you have a chance to relax and explore the beauty of Casa de Campo. ​We will be hosting a Welcome Party on Thursday evening of Nov 12th Our ceremony will take place on Friday afternoon of Nov 13th Recover with us at the beach on Saturday of Nov 14th We've reserved the room block at our wedding guest rate for Wednesday, Nov 11th through Sunday, Nov 15th, so feel free to stay for an extended trip and enjoy the weekend!

Is the Hotel All-Inclusive?

Answer

Casa De Campo provides guests the option to choose whether or not they'd like to enjoy an all inclusive experience OR a non inclusive experience. It is completely up to you whether or not you choose the all-inclusive option. This decision can be made when you are selecting your accommodation. Selecting all inclusive will include most Casa De Campo restaurants as well as drinks and certain activities. For those who do not choose all inclusive, payment is a la carte.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your children, we kindly ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration, with the exception of those we’ve previously discussed. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together in paradise!

What documents are required for travel to the Dominican Republic?

Answer

In addition to your passport, you must complete the E-ticket Health Declaration Form. Your airline should prompt you to fill this out during check-in, or you can access it here: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

When should we plan to arrive and depart?

Answer

Guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights from November 11th to November 15th. You are welcome to extend your stay up to 2 days before and/or after at the same discounted rate.

How do we get around the resort?

Answer

Each room receives a golf cart upon check-in, perfect for exploring the resort. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel concierge.

Is transportation provided between the ceremony/reception and hotel?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available for guests between the hotel lobby and all event venues throughout the weekend.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect warm tropical weather (80-90°F) with moderate humidity. November is a beautiful time of year, but evenings can be cooler—a light jacket is recommended for dinners.
