Question

When should I RSVP and how do I do that?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive the invitation, that is ideal and extremely helpful! To RSVP, go to our RSVP tab and type the first and last name listed on your invitation. Due to vendor and venue requirements, we ask that you kindly reply before May 12, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "Unable to Attend" and you will be missed! We hope you understand!

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the River Falls Venues and Lodges in Amarillo (13851 Wild Horse Trail, Amarillo, Texas, 79118). The ceremony will be held outside (if weather permits) and the reception will be held predominately indoors.

Question

When should I show up for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at 6:00 PM. We would recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony. This will give us enough time to make sure everything is moving right on schedule. If you arrive after the stated time, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, plus ones cannot be accommodated. Unless explicitly stated on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring a plus one. Thank you for your understanding! If you have any questions, you have our numbers!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us to celebrate the fun occasion! The dress code is semi-formal, garden party attire! The wedding will be very colorful, so feel free to wear any bright color that you love! We do ask that there are no jeans or sneakers worn, and we ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride such as cream, ivory, or white!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love our kiddos! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event! We hope you understand, and encourage you to use the evening as a date night!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony," which means we would appreciate it if you don't use phones or cameras during the ceremony! The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we will share photos with everyone as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
