Children are welcome,but must be accounted for on RSVPs. If for any reason when you go to do your RSVP a child who will be attending isn’t listed please reach out to Jobi or Todd prior to responding so this can be corrected.
Attire is formal, but does not have to be black tie. The venue is both indoor and outdoor so keep this in mind when choosing what to wear. No white for dresses!!
We are registered on Amazon and also have a honeymoon fund set up where contributions can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. All gifts are appreciated,but celebrating our day with us is the best gift!
The ceremony will be outdoors at Magnolia Fields in Zachary,La. The reception will follow at the same location with both outdoor/indoor components. Magnolia Fields is located at : 4642 Virginia Street Zachary,La 70791
We request all RSVPs be completed by August 25th. RSVPs can be completed via Zola or directly to Jobi at 225-328-8893.
There is free parking at the venue, but please note you will need to walk from the lot across the street to the venue as the parking spaces directly at the venue will be needed for bride/groom and vendors. Please make sure enough time is accounted for when making arrangements for wedding day.
We are trying to limit our guest count to close family and friends to celebrate our big day and keep it as intimate as possible. All plus ones and children should be accounted for on invitations/RSVPs however if there are any questions regarding this please reach out to Jobi at 225-328-8893. Please make sure when completing RSVPs all guests listed have a coordinating response.
The ceremony will be from 5:30-6:00pm. Following will be dinner/cake cutting/and reception from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Any after party arrangements are tbd and will be up to guests to cover expenses/decide to attend if desired.
Our wedding will have complimentary options that include wine,beer, some mixed drink options as well as water/tea/lemonade/soft drinks/and a fun non alcoholic drink option for the kids/those not drinking if desired.
When planning out arrival time for day of the wedding we ask that you allow yourself plenty of time to park, walk across the street, go to the bathroom if needed, as well as walk to the back of the venue to find a seat. We will have ushers that will help in seating and ask that rows be filled from inner aisle to outwards. We would request all guests not in the wedding to be seated no later than 5:20 pm.
