In August 2014, we met for the first time during our junior year at Columbia College. During the year we crossed paths daily, but kept our conversation at a minimum. However, by the end of the season, we began to converse regularly. As senior year approached, we both returned back to Columbia focusing fully on basketball and graduation. One day we planned to hang out after workouts and it was chemistry from there. Once basketball season approached, you could find us courtside at each other’s games. On May 7th, 2016 we walked the stage and graduated with our Bachelor's degrees; also, we decided to make our relationship official. Following graduation, Jobe came to visit California for the first time. Jobe fell in love with the weather, beaches, and of course Roscoe's. In September 2016, Jobe moved to California. Within the next year and a half, we faced a handful of trails and tribulations. However, we kept our faith strong with God, each other, and amazing family and friends we were able to overcome our struggles.

Let's fast forward to December 21st, 2017, Jobe decided to pop the question. Jobe proposed to me at Winter Wonderland surrounded by our family and friends. And of course I said “Yes!”. On January 4th, 2019, we were blessed with our first child Kyla Jordan Dillard. On September 21st, 2019, we will officially be the Dillards.
