When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can join us by August 27th. The caterer needs firm numbers for food by that time.

Attire?

Answer

We will start in wedding attire and may end up in Hawaiian shirts by the end of the evening. Choose where you would like to be on the spectrum.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking at the location. We will be offering a shuttle to and from the winery from the Hilton Garden Hotel beginning at 3:00 pm and running about every 45 minutes until 10:00 pm

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a 14 seater shuttle running from the Hilton Garden Inn to Freehand Cellars before and after the event. Rides will begin at 3:00 pm and run every 45 minutes until 10:00 pm. This way we can all enjoy the wine if you wish to!
