Schedule day of Saturday 7/12 (Please be on time): 12 - 12:30: Set up and drinks (No Alcohol) 12:30-1:00: Ceremony! 1:30 - 2:30: Food service begins 2:30 - 2:40: Cake cutting 2:40 - 6: Party! Day after plans: 7/13 We will be hosting a very casual hang out at Brooklyn Boulders. We are shooting for 10 am arrival there. A day pass is roughly $30, however we are able to get a group rate with notice so let us know if you’re coming! General Food will be buffet-style. We will be getting a selection representative of the restaurants menu, viewable on their website. There is a set tab for drinks - Drink Responsibly! The venue is fully wheelchair accessible by ADA standards. There are no stairs and both bathrooms can accommodate a wheelchair. There's ample seating available. There's some ability to adjust lighting and such so PLEASE let us know if there's anything we can do to help you be fully present and comfortable for our celebration and not interrupted by inaccessibility!
