What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire in neutral colors, such as tans, browns, or black. White dress shirts for men are perfectly alright. For women, this includes: suits, floor-length, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men, this includes: dress shirts, dressy pants, and suits. Please, no jeans or polo shirts.

What time to arrive?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4:00PM, please arrive no later than 3:45PM. Unfortunately, guests who are late will not be able to watch the ceremony, but we are happy for you to join us during cocktail hour.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We are limiting the children invited to family only. They will be formally invited in the invitation. We do ask that families with younger children sit in the back rows for quicker access to quieter accommodations, if needed.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have professionals who will be capturing this moment for us, and we promise to share those pictures as soon as we can. After the ceremony concludes, feel free to take as many photos as you would like!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but the deadline is November 17, 2025. If the deadline is missed, we will unfortunately have to assume that you are unable to come. We look forward to seeing you!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

Many of our guests live overseas, and we understand asking you to travel to Florida is a lot. If you are living overseas and cannot make it, a link to a livestream will be sent out. For anyone unable to attend, please mark "not attending" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering beer and wine to our guests. This also means that outside alcohol is not permitted by the venue, so please leave it at home!

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue offers ample parking, and it should not be an issue day of.
