We have lived different lives on different paths, but those paths led us to each other.
Our first trip abroad together was in 2018 for Joanne's birthday and we chose to go to Iceland - one of the coldest places on Earth - in the middle of winter. IT WAS GORGEOUS.
That first trip was such an adventure that we were already inseparable!
We've also taken many outdoor adventures because of our shared love of nature. This was the first time we backpacking in Butano State Park!
Another outdoor adventure!
2019 was our first long international trip when we spent three weeks exploring Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand!
When Huy ran for office, someone made a cake with his face on it. Joanne thought it was hilarious.
We visited Crater Lake in the summer of 2021. Joanne thought it was the perfect place to propose, so she did. Little did Joanne know, Huy planned to propose to her just a few days later!
The moment we were freshly married in June 2022. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
Following our ceremony, we took some time to ourselves along the California coast. We love tall, tall trees.
A couple of weeks after we got married, we still celebrated our anniversary in Morro Bay!
