FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1. In the event you lose your invitation or life happens and you forget, please message one of us so we can know to expect you or not.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have added two hotels to the travel page of our wedding website. However, we did not reserve a block of hotel rooms so you are free to book the hotel of your choice.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a pasta bar with a choice of marinara or alfredo sauce and grilled chicken on the side. If you have a gluten allergy please let one of us know so we can let our caterer know and prepare.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and reception is in an open air venue. The dress code is dressy casual, so polo or button down with slacks for men and a sun dress for women. North Carolina weather in late March is usually nice and mild, but at times has been unpredictably hot or cold so be prepared in the event the weather wants to surprise us that day. If it sticks to its usual pattern, be sure to bring a cover up as the night gets chilly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please ask Joanne or Daniel personally. While we appreciate you wanting to include your significant other on our special day, we need to be sure we can accommodate those we have already planned for.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered at Bed Bath and Beyond for household items, and hope anyone who does not wish to purchase a traditional gift will contribute to our honeymoon fund.

For all the days along the way
