In November 2019, Joann and Zach met on a tacos and tequila bar crawl in the Seaport neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Zach was smitten, and what started as a friendship quickly transitioned to something more, as the pair began going on dates in early 2020 to concerts, museums, cocktail lounges and restaurants. On March 11th, 2020, Joann and Zach decided to make things official, just a few days before the world shut down. As luck would have it, Joann and Zach lived only a block away from each other at that time, and made the most of lockdown by spending lots of quality time together, fueled by endless card games, good recipes, and of course, margaritas. Zach proposed on Joann's 29th birthday, August 12th, 2022, to Joann's surprise, as her birthday is a very important event on it's own (if you know, you know). Joann and Zach love spending their time traveling and experiencing different cultures, spending time with friends and family, enjoying a good cocktail, dancing at concerts, and sharing phenomenal meals. We are so looking forward to celebrating our love with you!
