FAQs

Question

I'm coming from the U.S., what should I bring?

Answer

The Philippines is tropical and surrounded by giant bodies of water. It also can be very warm so make sure to bring attire that is lightweight and breathable. Don't forget your swimwear! Dress how you would if you were going to Hawaii. Essentials include sunscreen, mosquito repellent, hats, slippers, and sunglasses. Also, don't forget your passport and your vaccination card.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be on the beach so dress accordingly. Please avoid wearing black. Women --- Dresses: Flowy maxi/midi dresses, or knee-length sundresses in lightweight fabrics like cotton, chiffon, or linen. Colors: Soft pastels, florals, or tropical prints. Footwear: Flats, sandals, or wedges to navigate sand comfortably. Accessories: A sun hat, light shawl, and minimal jewelry for a polished yet relaxed look. Men --- Shirts: Linen or cotton button-down shirts, short or long sleeves, or polos. Pants: Lightweight chinos or linen trousers. Footwear: Loafers or boat shoes that are easy to walk in on the sand. Colors: Neutral tones or pastel colors for a beachy vibe.

Question

What are different ways of transportation?

Answer

Talk to Nilo (the groom) about accommodations.

Question

Can I bring a guest that is not on the guest list?

Answer

As much as we’d love everyone to be there on our special day, we will be having an intimate wedding with immediate family and close friends. Due to limited venue capacity, please note that the invitations are for those on the wedding guest list.
