*"A Divine Journey 💕* In a world where love stories are written in the stars, ours began with a chance encounter—a spark that ignited a flame that would burn brighter than the first day we met. It was through the wise and loving guidance of our beloved Bishop that Andrae and I met, and little did we know that our lives were about to become intertwined in the months to come. Our journey began October 2024 —and in a moment that would change our lives forever. We were definatley on two different path and we had so much going on individually, a relationship was the last thing on our minds. My first impression of him was that he was confident and a little crazy. Andrae made it clear, one evening with no smirk on his face, he said, "You're going to be my wife one day, Joanna" 💕. I thought he was crazy! 😂 I laughed so hard. We decided to take the steps in getting to know each other. Fast forward to our first official date about 4 months later. I felt intrigued and knew he was so crazy after all and I wanted to know him better. Welcome to our love story!

Our long-distance relationship has been an diffferent experience none of us ever imagine. While it brought us closer together, testing our commitment and love, it also came with many challenges. *The Benefits That Kept Us Going * - We had to challenge ourselves to have deeper , better and meaningful conversations. - We had to learn to develop a greater trust in God, trust in ourselves and trust in each other. - We took every opportunity, time and effort to spend time enjoying each others company whether near of far. -We automatically had to realize that not only our personal growth was important and together we actively work to improve our relationship and our spiitual growth. Being open, showed our vulnerability, gave mutual support, share goals, being adaptabile and flexible and must importantly trust each other. *How Long-Distance Shaped Us * By determination, our long-distance relationship: - Strengthened communication emotionally ,physically and most importantly spiritually. - Fostered independence - Made reunions and dates super special - This divine union didn't happen overnight! it wasn't fast love its more foundational love. -Our old patterns were challenged. Wounds rose up and both of us had to remeber who we were. - It sometimes felt slow, and sometimes felt fast, but we both recognize slow is way and sacred. We were not delayed but being alinged. -This journey so far was not just romance, but also It has been soul work, one of a kind and this kind of work takes time. We had to come to terms that patience helps to navigate the process. *The Challenge We Overcame * But, let's be real , long-distance can be super challenging . It required patience, understanding, and effort from both Andrae and me . We had to work together to make it work. Now here we are looking towards an hopeful future ahead.

The proposal happened on April 6, 2025! 🎉 After a full day of adventure, little did Joanna know She was in for a greater surprise of a lifetime. Andrae went through extensive planning with her sister and brother in law on how it would all happen. When Andrae made a big ask—literally, in front of 500 people! and she happily said yes!
