HOW DOES THE ROOM BLOCK WORK?

Answer

If you want to take advantage of the block, you must book by January 20th 2021 by clicking the link on the travel page or emailing Andaz. The earlier the better :) You may cancel anytime before the date above without penalty. The hotel can arrange payment plans as well without additional costs. CAN WE BOOK A DIFFERENT HOTEL?

All guests attending ceremony & reception must stay at the Andaz Mayakoba Resort (hotel rules). We have blocked off a number of rooms for our guests at special discounted rates. You can use our discount link [G-KOZI] or email Andaz directly to book your room and mention our name.

RSVP by JANUARY 1ST 2020. You can RSVP on this website or via mail.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MEXICO?

Answer

Completely up to you! Our wedding is Saturday February 20th 2021. We recommend coming at least a day or two before our wedding to enjoy the resort and our planned activities starting Friday morning.

WHAT COVID SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED

Answer

Andaz / Hyatt requires staff and guests to wear a facemask when accessing Mayakoba and common areas. Additional facemasks will be provided if needed! Body temperatures will be individually scanned at the complex main entrance. Wedding reception will be held outdoors, and church seating will be socially distanced. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the hotel for all guests. Hotel employees have completed trainings and certification for hygiene/cleanliness and personal protective equipment (PPE). Additionally, colleagues are screened for PPE usage upon arrival and departure. Temperature checks as well as shoe bottom sanitizing stations are also in place. Andaz is committed to keeping our guests safe which is one of the many reasons we chose to have our weddings here.
