FAQs

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

There is parking available at Tlaquepaque, and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all within a short walking distance of each other. No additional transportation is needed.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:45 PM at the Tlaquepaque Chapel. Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to get settled before we begin.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to join us in an elegant evening style. Suits and cocktail dresses are perfect for the occasion.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding day will take place in both indoor and outdoor settings. The ceremony begins inside the chapel, and portions of the celebration will continue outdoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather while keeping with our elegant dress code.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll stroll to Patio de las Campanas for live flamenco music and a lively cocktail-style gathering. Please note that this portion of the evening is open to the public, and drinks will be available for purchase. While we take photos, enjoy the music, mingle, and soak in the atmosphere. We’ll then continue the celebration with a private dinner and music at El Rincón Restaurant.

Question

Reception Dinner

Answer

Following cocktail hour, please join us for our wedding reception at El Rincón. Guests will have access to the full El Rincón menu to choose their dinner selections. We are delighted to treat our guests to dinner and drinks. Please let your server know of any dietary restrictions so they can accommodate your needs. Beverages from the cocktail menu will also be available for order to enjoy alongside your meal.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend booking nearby hotels or vacation rentals in Sedona. Tlaquepaque is central, so anywhere in town will be a quick drive or walk to the venue. The list of suggested hotels that we provided are those closest to Tlaquepaque, however we encourage you to explore nearby lodging that suits you best!
