However, it’s about a 3-hour drive from Mexico City to Tecozaulta, Hidalgo. Alternatively, Querétaro is closer, just about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Tecozaulta, making it a more convenient choice for those who want to get there quickly. Personally, I always fly into Mexico City and make the scenic 3-hour drive. It gives me a chance to explore the vibrant city before heading to our final destination!
