We (Joanna & Jimmy) will be staying at La Siesta Resort & Marina in Islamorada for the week, departing late the following Wednesday (11/17/21). We recognize that everyone has their own schedules and obligations that they must consider, but we would like to emphasize how important it is to us that every guest feels welcome to stay as long as they can and want. This isn’t just a wedding - it’s a vacation! - and while we love eachother very much, we would like to remind everyone that we ‘officially’ moved in together in February 2020...and then unexpectedly entered a pandemic and lockdown less than one month later. Although we are very proud that our relationship survived this experience (and amazed that we actually want to continue the journey together!) we are certainly not in need of or looking for any ‘alone time’. We’ve had a lot of it, and its been great, but we really have had A LOT of it. In fact, because our time with each of you has been so limited by all of this, we really are looking forward to having this opportunity to make up for the time lost and, more importantly, making some amazing new memories with everyone in the process!
