Camden and I went on a mission trip to Madras, OR through our youth group. It was on that trip that we decided we "liked" each other.

It was only a day after we came back from that trip that we decided to make it "official". On August 5, 2019 at 9:50pm, we call each other boyfriend and girlfriend. (We shook hands on it)

We celebrated dating with our first ever double date!

Within the first week or two of dating we had some group dates with friends.

Our mutual "goofy-ness" was starting to show.

It was the first time we saw each other since I had left for school. We started our relationship with long distance so we were both beaming.

She came to visit me for the first time at George Fox for the 80's Dance. We stayed up most of the night talking and simply enjoying being with each other.

I visited her for the first time at Ecola Bible College in Cannon Beach and we dug a hole. Perfect date idea :)

The first time making cookies together and Joanna couldn't have been more excited!!!

Spending our first Christmas season together with family going to the zoo and looking at Christmas lights.

We took a day trip to Orting, WA to look around town. For lunch we went to Legendary Donuts (highly recommend!).

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Ocean Shores and got mini Martinelli's to toast a little later.

We were a little giggly because of how good we looked :)

Black Bear Diner is the best place to take your hun on a nice date after a long day of studying.

I proposed to her on God's Thumb in Lincoln City, OR. She never saw it coming and we had a lovely afternoon together.

It was a magnificent view!
