You are able to fly directly into Palm Springs. Lyft is readily available so you can avoid renting a car. Other options include: Los Angeles Airport (LAX) (approximately a two hour drive) or Ontario airport (ONT)(roughly a one hour drive).

The Rowan Hotel is a short walk from the wedding venue. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle for all guests for drop offs within 2 miles of their location.
