What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women; and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. The bridesmaids will be wearing the color Terracotta.

Are there reserved blocks at any hotels?

Answer

Yes, some hotel blocks are available. Go to the "Accommodations" page above to view them. Blocks are only available if a reservation is made prior to August.

What day/time should I get there?

Answer

The wedding ceremony begins at 4pm CST, so please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to that. For those in the wedding party, you must be in Nashville no later than Friday evening, 09/27, as the rehearsal will be held Saturday morning, 09/28.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is very limited street parking available at the venue. We recommend all guests use Uber/Lyft.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, with the reception being held indoors. There is a covered patio separating the two.

What is the smoking policy?

Answer

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas outside. The venue has a strict no vaping policy; vaping is not allowed indoors or on the covered patio (but outdoors is fine).

What are the dinner options?

Answer

CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN (GF) - Broccoli-stuffed Chicken Breast cooked in a Mushroom Cheese Sauce, with Wild Rice, and Green Beans BEEF BRACIOLE (GF) - Top Round, with Polenta, and Balsamic-Honey Brussel Sprouts VEGAN JAMBALAYA - Carrot, Celery, Onion, Bell Pepper, Fire Roasted Tomato, Okra, Black-eyed Peas, Smoked Vegetable Broth, and Rice
