Our dinner will be served family style with a salad, two entrée options, and two sides. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions under the RSVP tab on this website! Menu: Big Apple Salad mixed greens, apple slices, dried cherries, and candied pecans, tossed in an apple vinaigrette. Entrées Braised Beef Short Ribs: tender, hearty, and flavorful boneless ribs are braised in red wine, carrots, celery, onions, veal jus, and herbs for 12 hours. Served with signature Jack Daniels sauce made with Jack Daniels whiskey, sautéed mushrooms and onions, Dijon mustard, and seasoned with pepper, garlic, and thyme. Herb Seared Chicken: a boneless, skinless, chicken breast, hand breaded, seared, and finished with bruschetta. Traditional bruschetta with tomato, onion, garlic, fresh basil, and olive oil, garnished with balsamic glaze. Sides Cheddar Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes Brandy Glazed Carrots Dessert Wedding Cake and Italian tea cookies!

Keep the party going with us! Drinks, Dancing, and a few late night bites! For the guests wanting to join us at the after party, the Red Rock Saloon is less than a five minute walk directly across the bridge in front of the hotel. Guests can walk there with us after the shuttles arrive to the hotel, take a few minutes to freshen up or drop things off in their rooms, or call it a night!
