What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Guests should plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the official ceremony start time so they will be able to locate the venue and get settled before the proceedings.

How and When do I RSVP?
Answer
The RSVP is on this website (see 'RSVP' tab). Please RSVP by September 6, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)

What will the weather be like?
Answer
It will be nice and warm with a chance of rain. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, but in case of inclement weather, we will hold it indoors. Reception will be held indoors as planned.

What should I wear? Are there any colors to avoid?
Answer
Dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Bridesmaids colors are light blue. Please avoid wearing white :)

The venue has ample paved parking right next to the large, white barn. Please DO NOT park on the driveway (in front of the barn).

Yes, it will be an open bar wedding.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
We are having a buffet style dinner served by a catering company, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at tonysimnjoankim@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Yes, there will be plenty of time to dance the night away! :)

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
Yes, our registry is available on this website. Please open the 'Registry' tab to view. We appreciate any contribution you want to give us. You being there with us on our big day is the greatest gift!

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?
Answer
No, unfortunately. Some of the decorations are rented or we are hoping to reuse. So when you leave, please leave reception with a full belly and great memories of the evening :)

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we cannot invite everyone's kids. Please check your invite if they are included! Safety is our number one priority. Per venue's policy, all children under the age of 16 shall remain in the direct care of their parents. Childcare is not allowed on site and children and guests are not allowed in either the groom’s suite or the bridal suite. Please be aware that both the wedding ceremony and reception will be recorded and the photographers and videographers have requested that parents of young children be mindful of noise interruptions & sound quality of the video.
