What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm, so we kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. We want to ensure everything starts smoothly — thank you!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors (weather permitting)?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, or with a backup indoor option in case of bad weather. We’ll keep guests updated with any changes as the date approaches!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in dressy casual. The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. Please dress comfortably for the weather and venue. We recommend bringing a light jacket / avoiding heels if on grass. Most importantly, come dressed to celebrate with us!

Your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for, and we kindly request no gifts. We’re just so excited to celebrate this special day with the people we love. Thank you for your support and understanding!

The cell phone service is very spotty in the area. Please feel free to join the Lakewood's guest WIFI.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We want all of our guests to enjoy the meal and feel comfortable! If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP or text Joan, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs or disabilities?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. There is an elevator available inside the venue, and golf carts will be provided to help transport guests to the ceremony site if needed. Accessible restrooms and seating areas are also available. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please let us know when you RSVP — we’re happy to help ensure you’re comfortable throughout the day.
