To RSVP simply mail back the gold envelope that is pre-stamped and addressed with your RSVP insert, don’t forget to include names! Kindly RSVP by Friday June 16th 2023. If you are unable to attend please let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP’s received after Friday June 23rd 2023 will be marked as a “no” as we I’ll be sending final headcount’s to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to your RSVP card to if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is formal we recommend suit & tie and cocktail or evening gowns. No jeans please!
Ceremony will be held outdoors shall the weather allow. Reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit where you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one/partner).
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm, we recommend guest arrive between 5:30-5:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so hang tight! Thank you for understanding.
Yes! There is complimentary guest parking at the venue.
We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved one at home. However, if you plan on booking a room at the Hampton Inn and suites the night of our wedding, they are a pet friendly hotel and would be more than happy to have your furry loved one wait in your room while you party the night away!
Yes! The greatest gift you can give to us is to be fully present for our ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing team of professionals to capture our special moment, so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy this beautiful milestone. We promise to share our photos/videos with you! Feel free to take as many photos and videos that you want during our reception! LET’S PARTY!
