Where do I park?

Answer

For the Ceremony, as you approach the venue, you will see signs directing you to the parking area. The parking lot is conveniently located near The Baughman Center, making it easy for guests to access the venue. For the reception, The Best Western Gateway Grand Hotel offers ample parking space for guests staying at the hotel or attending the wedding. There are also designated spots for disabled parking to accommodate guests with accessibility needs.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire Ladies can wear a tea-length, knee-length, or Midi dress. If you would like to fit with the wedding aesthetic, think light earth tones, olive green and champagne color. Gentlemen, wear a suit with the option of a tie or dress shirt and slacks. No jeans or shorts please!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the official ceremony start time so that you can get settled before the proceedings, as our venue is open to the public during the day, the doors will not open until 12:45 PM, so please keep this in mind as you are arriving.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos s you'd like.
