Question

Covid 19 Concerns

Answer

We are mindful & are making arrangements to ensure everyone's safety as we come together to celebrate our special day. If you are not feeling well please stay home. Face masks are not mandated by Montgomery County but we will revisit this topic as it relates to our wedding later. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do so. A hello / wave goes a long way; we are discouraging hugs / handshakes as a precautionary. Food / Beverages WILL NOT be self-serving. Dinner utensils will be pre-wrapped & cocktail food items will be individually prepackaged. Individually wrapped hand sanitizing wipes (inside pre-wrapped utensils) & hand sanitizer will be available at each table. We encourage you use after having dinner, cake, & throughout the night. The venue has added extra row spacing for ceremony, along with added hand sanitation stations throughout venue. Venue staff will be disinfecting high traffic areas throughout event & UV A/C filtration system has been installed.

Question

What time should I arrive

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 3:30 pm to make sure everyone is on time and we can get everyone seated and settled in before ceremony starts promptly at 4 pm. We will have a string quartet playing during prelude.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal / cocktail attire. Please no denim

Question

Ceremony & Reception Venue

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride, groom & immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Cocktail hour will be served on the patio with a couple of food bites and beverages.

Answer

Around 5:45pm doors into the reception area will open where you will have a couple of minutes to find your seat and settle in before dinner starts at 6pm.

Question
