If you cannot attend the wedding festivities, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Your presence will be missed!
The wedding will be held at The Woodlands at Algonkian 47001 Fairway Dr, Sterling, VA 20165 The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting); the reception will be held inside in the ballroom.
Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm to allow time for traffic and parking. The procession will begin at 4:25pm and ceremony to follow promptly at 4:30pm.
The dress code is cocktail attire! Examples of this include: tea length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suit and tie, or smart blazer with slacks. Colors and prints are welcome! For anyone curious, the bridesmaids will be wearing shades of brown.
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate specified guests named on your invitation. While we so love your little ones, we respectfully request this be an adults-only event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night! Thank you for your understanding!
There is complimentary on-site parking. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a good spot and to get settled in. Please note: You may leave your car at the venue parking lot until 12pm, Sunday, Nov. 2 for overnight parking if needed.
Hotel block information is under the "Travel" tab. Deadline to book is October 2nd. If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
