What regulations do you have in place for COVID 19?

Answer

Since we have family and friends that have underlying health conditions as well as compromised immune systems, we will be asking those who are not fully vaccinated to send us a negative COVID 19 test result, taken no more than 72 hours before our big day. We hope you understand that we want everyone to come, however we have to put the lives of our family members and friends above all else, especially when living through a pandemic. If this applies to you, please email a copy of your result to joahandangeli@outlook.com so we may keep track of the results. Thank you for complying with our wishes!

Can I bring guests/plus one's NOT noted on my invitation?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

What is the dress code for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We would appreciate it if everyone dressed in Cocktail attire. This would mean a suit and tie, sports coat, and/or just a dress shirt with slacks for the men. Women should wear cocktail attire (jumpsuits and dress pants with blouses are okay). PLEASE NO JEANS OR CASUAL CLOTHING. You can wear whatever colors you want (except for traditionally bridal colors (white, ivory, champagne, blush) This does not apply to the Rehearsal Dinner -- Casual dress will be accepted.

Are children welcome?

Answer

The cabin is located on the Wisconsin River, which can be very dangerous for both kids and adults if there is little supervision. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (16 +) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an un-plugged ceremony. Please do not bring your phones out and allow our wonderful photographer to gather the most beautiful pictures of the ceremony! We do however encourage guests to take and post photos of the cocktail hour and reception on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #CallUsTheCarlsons so we can keep track of all of your photos! There will be a photo booth available and disposable cameras for us to print afterward, so be sure to keep track of all of your fun from our special day!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an open bar. Drinks provided, however please bring cash for tips if you’re able! Our bartenders would appreciate it. -- let's let loose and have a great time!
