Flight
For NYC & Philly guests, Newark International Airport is the hub for Air Portugal, where you can find affordable and direct flights to Porto. Air Portugal is part of the Star Alliance, so look for United Flights for most affordable flight options.
Travel Note
After you arrive in Porto, Braga is about a 30 minute Uber ride from the airport. The easiest way to get to Braga would be via an Uber or cab service. If you'd prefer to take the train, you would leave from either the Campanhã or São Bento station in Porto and arrive at the Braga station. The duration of the train is approximately 1 hour and costs between 5-15 Euros per person.
Hotel
For all other guests, we recommend staying at the Innside by Meliá located in center Braga. There is a discount code active for all guests. Please use the link below when you're selecting your dates of stay. Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue from this hotel.

There are plenty of AirBnbs in the area, however, we recommend that if you decide to stay in an AirBnb that you consider renting a car as well. If you're staying in or near the center of Braga, you will be able to take the shuttle with the other wedding guests fairly easily. Note that outside of Braga is fairly rural and it can be difficult to get an Uber or other car service. Shuttles will NOT provided to and from the wedding venue from AirBnbs.
