Breathtaking Views Cabin 934 Sky Wedding Way Gatlinburg, TN 37738 **Some GPS’ will switch you to Pigeon Forge, TN 37876 it is the same destination You shouldn’t lose GPS service when you begin going up the mountain, however, if you download the map (Picture #1), you should still stay on track. Follow the GPS exactly, and it will take you right up to the cabin. There is only one sharp switchback, and it will be a LEFT (Picture #2). When you are close to the top, there will be two subsequent forks. The GPS might want you to go right with a sharp left. GO STRAIGHT. There will be two drives on your left, take the SECOND LEFT. DO NOT go straight past the two left drives (Picture #3), if you do you have gone too far. Back up immediately, there is no place to turn around. You’ll go up a steep-ish incline, the cabin will appear out of nowhere on your right.

We have some ‘rules’ (if you can call them that) for the weekend we’d like to keep in mind. • First and foremost, this is a dry venue. We ask that you do not bring or consume any substances of any kind to the venue. We take this very seriously. • “Quiet hours”, while we aren’t strict, just keep in mind that there are several guests staying at the venue. After 10pm if there are people in bed, please be mindful of this. • Clean up after yourself. This is a shared space. • Don’t take food that isn’t yours. • There must be space left in the fridges for the food we are providing, especially on wedding day, things might get moved around, so please mark your food if you can. • Be careful with the amenities, if something would break, that bill falls on us.
12:30 pm
We will have simple snacks and drinks to offer. Meals over the weekend will be generally included. Breakfast and lunches will be provided as sandwiches, cold breakfast options like bagels, fruit, instant oats, etc. Coffee will always be provided…you know who the bride is. • Thursday Evening Grill Out • Friday night Rehearsal Dinner (Gourmet Pizza & sides) • Saturday Morning Breakfast (menu tbd) • ‘Mocktail Hour’ Snacks and NA Drinks • Reception Dinner (Italian) and Dessert ***All dietary restrictions/allergies will be provided for with the food we are providing. If you have not disclosed this to us, let us know ASAP. There is a lot of fridge space that can be utilized, multiple fridges and a couple mini fridges. Bear in mind food will be stored for the wedding day. Mark your food accordingly, don’t take what isn’t yours. Dry foods can be left out on the counters, but on the Friday night and all day Saturday it must be kept to your rooms to make sure space is set for the wedding.
12:45 pm
All rooms are pre-assigned and accommodated for guests needs. When you arrive at the venue, we will have names on the doors. Every room is outfitted with queen-sized beds, including the beds that are bunked. Each room has its own bathroom, towels and linens provided, but we would suggest bringing your own towel if you have certain expectations or preferences.
