Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19?

Answer

Yes. No exceptions.

What's the dress code like?

Answer

Dress to the nines and to dance! Googling “black tie optional" can be a good visual guide. The wedding party will be wearing navy and royal blue, but don't stress too much about this!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 10:30 AM. Guests are welcome to enjoy a champagne and berries service while they wait for the ceremony to start at 11:30 AM.

What will the food be like?

Answer

Guests who arrive early to the ceremony will be rewarded for their punctuality with a champagne and berries service. The cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres, and multi-course dinner are all buffet style and guests are invited to taste and enjoy food representing our favorite cuisines and flavors. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Please contact us if you have a food allergy requiring special attention and we will make sure you can enjoy the food without worry.

Are the venue and ceremony ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes. A ramp will be made available for the ceremony, and ramps and wide doorways are present throughout the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please utilize your own vehicle or a car service app like Uber or Lyft to get to and from your hotel or the LIRR.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue but space is limited. Only the first thirty cars can be accommodated; the rest must be parked via valet. Our venue has STRONGLY advised that guests carpool where possible.
