Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family and the wedding party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

**Beachy Formal Attire** We'd love for you to dress in beachy formal style for our celebration by the water. **For Women:** Flowy dresses and floral styles pair beautifully with sandals, heels, or wedges. **For Men:** Opt for light fabrics in linen or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt and dress shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Check-in at the resort opens at 4:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at the ceremony area about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. Since all our guests are staying at the venue, the resort is graciously opening the beach area starting at 11:30 am on August 13th for you to relax, swim, and enjoy the water before the official check-in time. Coolers are available upon request, so feel free to bring refreshments for the day.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors by the water! It will be hot however, there are many shaded areas to cool off and stay out of the sun!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Given the variety of arrival times our guests will have, we won't be arranging transportation. However, you'll find helpful information about airport shuttles and other transit options in our travel section.

Hotel and Accommodations

All of our guests will be staying at Dream Bay Resort, our wedding venue, for the night of the celebration. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the day of the wedding, and no additional arrangements are needed—everything is seamlessly coordinated. To ensure the best experience given the resort's cottage layout, we'll assign each guest to a specific cottage and will share those details with you directly.

Do I need to pay for my stay the night of the wedding?

Nope! We’re excited to host you! The night of the wedding in the cottages is on us. If you’d like to stay additional nights, please refer to the travel section on our website to make further accommodations.
