Is there a dress code?

Answer

Take the opportunity to dress up and look your best. Ladies, break out your favorite dresses... as long as they’re not white. Only one woman will be wearing white this day. Men dress up for your ladies. You don’t have to be in a Tux, but leave the faded jeans and sneakers at home.

Question

Will transportation be provided for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While we would love to shuttle everyone to and from the DoubleTree to our blessed ceremony, transportation won’t be available. We highly recommend carpooling from your location to and from the ceremony due to limited parking at our beautiful little church in Escalon.

Is there any information about the ceremony we should know before the special day?

Answer

Yes!! While we are very excited about each and every one of our invited guests to join us; we have a limited occupancy where only family and close friends of the Bride and Groom will be able to join in at the church ceremony. We will have accommodations downstairs in the church for extended guests to gather while the ceremony is taking place. The other option is for some guests to meet at the DoubleTree Hotel where the reception celebration will be held.

Will the ceremony be”Unplugged”?

Answer

Yes! We ask that everyone please keep all cellphones and any cameras off during the ceremony. We will have professional photographers and videographers working hard to capture our special day. Feel free to take as many photos or videos if you so choose during the reception while still being aware of those working hard to record our day.
