Do I need to book the flight & Room on my own?

No, we have a paid travel agent that will be assisting in booking flights and your resort stay starting one year out from the wedding.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get an active headcount for added fun and surprises.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you do need a passport so don’t wait start your application now!

What if I already have my passport?

Answer

Check the date of expiration ‼️ Passports must be valid for six months beyond the date the traveler will exit the United States as a general rule.

Is transportation to the resort included?

Answer

Yes, the resort will be providing transportation at no additional cost.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar and restaurant without further charge during the course of your stay.

Can I bring people outside of the guest list?

Answer

Please notify Mariah if you would like to include a +1 that will participate in the wedding festivities. Unapproved outside guests will not be able to attend the wedding events due to the added cost. They are free to do other activities until you are available.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, there will be a beachy semi-formal wear dress code for the wedding only. Any other events will be casual.

Can I wear white?

Answer

Please avoid wearing white to the ceremony but any other time is okay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are carts that will take you to the wedding ceremony but please remember that the other guests will be catching the same rides so allot extra time to get there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 20-30 minute before the ceremony which starts at 5pm to get seated.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There is an alternative menu for any one with special circumstances. Please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate with the wedding planner.

Are kids welcome?

Kids are only allowed on the Generations side so if you want to explore the other areas of the resort you will have to arrange for a sitter.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have paid photographers and videographers that will be capturing our special moment so we will be having an Unplugged Ceremony- meaning no cell phones to ensure all of our precious moments can be captured professionally.
