Are there any dress considerations that I should keep in mind?

Answer

The grass outside in the gardens where the ceremony will be held may be wet, so please be careful with shoe selection.

Will shuttle service be provided?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided from the Hyatt Regency to Liberty House prior to the ceremony at 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm. At the end of the reception, shuttle service will be available to bring guests back to the Hyatt Regency at 11:30 pm and 12:00 am.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site at Liberty House for those wishing to drive directly to/from the event. Liberty House hostess will validate all on-site parking upon arrival.

Is self-parking available at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, the hotel does have a self-parking lot located at 135 Green Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. A validated parking sticker is required from the hotel's front desk. Valet options are also available and can be booked in advance from the hotel's website.

When is hotel check-in/check-out?

Check-in at the Hyatt is at 4 pm and checkout is at noon.
