Question

What time does the Welcome Event start?

Answer

The Welcome Event will take place on the beach at the Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort Friday, February 10, 2023, from 6 - 8 pm. White color, casual, attire required. Shoe storage will be provided.

Question

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

The number of guests / reserved seats for all wedding events will be clearly defined within your invitation. The number of guests / reserved seats attached to your party is also represented within the link to R.S.V.P. Following etiquette, for married invitees, we have already reserved a seat for your spouse, and your invitation will be appropriately addressed as such. For invitees legally classified as single, please refer to your invitation or the link to R.S.V.P to determine if you have a seat reserved for a “plus one.” We recognize that traveling as a single may not be ideal. Your comfort is important to us. Please reach out to the Bride or Groom directly if you would like to request to bring a guest. We will make an effort to accommodate your request, as long as you request an extra seat before July 15, 2022. Only persons with confirmed R.S.V.Ps will be admitted into wedding events.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding events and celebrations?

Answer

All wedding events are for adults only. However, the Royalton Riviera Cancun is a family-friendly resort and child care can be self-arranged.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding events are all in outdoor locations.

Question

Are guests required to stay a minimum of four nights at the resort? What if I want to stay at the resort for a different number of nights?

Answer

Due to February being the high season, The Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort requires a four-night minimum stay for every guest. The Royalton Riviera Cancun is not currently accepting reservations for less than four consecutive nights. You are able to extend your stay by any number of preferred nights. Please contact our travel agent for any travel inquiries or updates on minimum booking requirements. Travel Agent Contact: Amoria Johnson t: 980-242-0423 e. amoira.johnson@cruiseplanners.com
