How should I RSVP?

Answer

Go to the RSVP page of this website and type your name or anyone in your household (if applicable). Then you can accept or decline for each person. If you have any trouble, please reach out to us and we will accept or decline for you. Please remember to make your selection on the site as the final headcount will be required to determine seats, food, and beverages.

Will there be a hotel block and shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the “Hotel Block” section of this website to receive information regarding the hotel we have reserved rooms at for our guests. To ensure our rate and have access to ride the shuttle to and from the venue, you must book your room prior to 8/20/23. If you book after this date, the rate is not guaranteed and $20 will be required to ride the shuttle.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is only available at the restaurant. A shuttle service will be provided to transport all guests to the vineyards for the ceremony. The vineyards are less than a minute away from the main restaurant. Please route to the below address Acquaviva Winery 47W614 Route 38 Maple Park, IL 60151

Can we take pictures or videos during the event?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged (phone-free) ceremony. So please keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. However, after we tie the knot, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you wish!

Is the ceremony/reception outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the vineyards and the reception will be held inside the restaurant.
