What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony begins at 6 PM. Please be at the venue and seated prior to 6:30 PM. Any guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to head to the reception space for cocktail hour which begins at 7 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due back by March 4th. Please return RSVP cards using the pre-stamped envelope enclosed with the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request semi-formal attire: cocktail-length dresses or dressy separates for women and a suit (tie optional) for men.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy our special day, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult-only occasion. We hope you understand our decision to make this an adults-only celebration, allowing everyone a night off to enjoy the festivities!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available 24/7 in The City Center Parking Garage located on 7th Street. In addition to garage parking, Hotel Covington offers valet service (charges may vary).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
