Maid of Honor
My partner in crime. Christina and I met at work. My first judgemental reaction: "what's this crazy chick's deal...?" Her deal is that she's unapologetically herself and completely awesome. She says what no one else will, and she makes me laugh like no one else can. Her friendship is a blessing, and I'm grateful to have her by my side.
Best Man
Dusty and I met each other before either of us could walk, so we've known each other, basically, our entire lives. Some of my earliest memories are fishing with Dusty and his dad. We still make fishing memories to this day. I remember one time Dusty cried, because I caught the big fish. Now, I'm the one who cries, because he out fishes me. Dusty is not just my best friend; he's my brother, and I'm lucky to have him in my life.
Bridesmaid
My sister from another mister (aka: best friend). Amber and I met 16 years ago when we both lived in Florida. Over the years, Amber has become so much more than just my friend...she's my family. I've always admired her fearlessness to follow her dreams and her ability to always find a reason to be happy. I couldn't imagine this day without her and her beautiful smile.
Groomsman
Adam and I met in choir class our freshman year of high school. We didn't really like each other at first, but soon squashed it and became best pals. We rented our first apartment together, and man was it a total bachelor pad. You know...empty pizza boxes, dirty dishes, beer bottles, and some pretty bad smells. Adam is a great man and has always been there for me. I feel very lucky to have him as a friend.
Bridesmaid
Jenn is my cousin. I spent many summers making memories with her. She always wanted to be around me, even when I was "too cool to hang out with a baby" and told her to go away (I was 11...we're all jerks at 11). She cried, but she never went away. In fact, when I needed her the most, she was right there. Now, I'm thankful for every moment I get to spend with her, and I'm so happy my wedding day is one of those.
Groomsman
I met Sean many years ago when we used to work together. Man, we sure did waste a bunch of the company's money by talking about the latest episode of LOST at work. Sean introduced me to a game called bocce ball, and we haven't stopped playing it since. I have so many great memories with this dude. Sean is one of the coolest souls on this planet, and I'm very lucky to call him my friend.
